Michele Tecchia was born in Monaco in 1971, where he spent most of his youth and childhood.

After his parent’s divorce, he divided his life between London and his hometown. Michele Tecchia has two kids; when he’s not working, he likes spending time with them. He loves doing triathlons, but his life is mainly occupied by his real estate activities in the Principality.

Educational Background

Michele attended Finchley Catholic High School between 1986-1990 and attained a high school certificate in the competence program. He enrolled in the University of Sunderland and attained second-class honours in Business Management, Business Administration and Management General. His appetite for knowledge did not end there when he pursued a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Bedfordshire in 1994. Through his education, he gained vast business administration experience, making him a strong real estate professional.

Michele Tecchia’s Career

Michele Tecchia began applying his management skills at Guidi’s restaurant in Monaco, and while doing that, he was a real estate investor at Cube Real Estate in London. These two roles showed how he split his life between London and the Principality. As a real estate investor at Cube Real Estate, the company helped him apply creativity and invest in assets that mainstream investors overlooked. Michele learnt about which properties he could select through the investment firm for short-term and long-term gains.

Michele became a Managing Partner at Fine and Country North London, which made him a highly proficient and independent real estate agent. Michele went on to be a salesman in the photocopier industry. He was marketing photocopiers for various applications at PARC, a Xerox company in the USA. While marketing the photocopiers, they migrated to new technologies, and Michele moved on to more integrated applications such as the black and white colour printers and laser printing technologies. While searching for more printing solutions at the company, the opportunity allowed him to travel to Asia severally. Between 2008 and 2009, he travelled to Beijing, which took a toll on him. Michele suffered physically and mentally because the 13-hour trips turned his life upside down. It affected his family and social life, leading him to change his career.

Michele turned his attention toward real estate because he was once an investor and knew the opportunities ahead. His great people skills eased him into the real estate business. He began his freelance adventure at White will London and provided investors with tips on prime properties suitable for real estate development. At Tyron Ash Real Estate, he became a partner in a company that thrived in creating new marketing methods and training negotiators. Michele was an asset to the company because he has an extensive background as a salesman, which gave him the necessary expertise to negotiate properties on behalf of the company. Michele moved to Monaco and began his practice as a real estate freelancer.

Michele noticed his hometown’s real estate potential, and that’s why he became a freelancer at Flat Hunter. Using his real estate experience and his Monaco knowledge, he would help prospective buyers get properties within the Principality.

Michele Tecchia : Why settle in Monaco

After gaining experience and living in London and the United States, Michele Tecchia moved back home because he knew the real estate potential in Monaco. After travelling and working for various companies, he chose to work for himself, do what he loves, and be around the people he loves. Freelancing is not dependent on location, and no one would control his moves or his career. Moving to his hometown would allow Michele to use all the resources he saw growing up to become a successful realtor. His keen eye for detail would enable him to identify properties that suit clients’ budgets.

Real Estate in Monaco

The city has a rich history, dating back to the mid-19th century when it was a town that did not prohibit gambling. The gambling incentive attracted Francois Blanc, and Prince Charles II allowed him to begin his business in the town. Francois Blanc established a casino in the Principality, creating a financial environment within the city. It attracted hotels and villas, and soon the little town grew into a beautiful city. When Prince Rainier took power, the city was already successful and a prime destination for investors. Investors came to the Principality and invested in real estate, so Michele couldn’t pass up the opportunity to return home.

The Principality’s location is one of the most attractive locations in the world. The city is home to numerous hotels and villas that offer ample entertainment for tourists. In addition to being a tourist destination, the city is a tax haven. Being a tax haven, it attracts rich business persons making it an ideal location for real estate developments.

One of the peculiarities of the city is that it is over-populated. With more people coming to the city, there has been a need for apartment buildings. Using Flat Hunter, Michele can look for an apartment for clients because that’s the major real estate property in the city. The overpopulation has caused a scarcity of land, and there are hardly any new real estate developments happening in the city. There have been murmurs of a new underground city that will seek to claim green spaces. It is an exciting idea that Michele Tecchia will look forward to exploiting since it will provide more real estate opportunities.

Michele Tecchia : «Monaco is THE Tax Haven for Investors !»

Monaco is one of the most expensive places to live on the planet; despite its high cost of living, it is a tax haven for investors. The state doesn’t have a wealth tax, meaning that the richest people on the planet can come and invest in the city. The city earns its money from VAT from the sale of flats and new villas. It certainly shows how much real estate development happens in the Principality. It’s one of the things that attracted Michele Tecchia, and as a real estate investor, it is an opportunity that he couldn’t ignore.

Final Thoughts

Michele Tecchia is an experienced realtor who has worked in the real estate industry for years. His experience in sales and working with investors and home buyers have made him a strong real estate professional. His educational background in business administration has seen him rise to the ranks in real estate companies in London. He is a reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail. He has shown his leadership skills in his management of real estate companies and has excellent communication skills. He has interacted with people of different ages while studying and travelling worldwide. Michele is a tenacious businessman who isn’t afraid of taking calculated risks.
